Purchase Notice 購物須知

Purchase Process:

1. Select the products you want and add to shopping cart.
2. After that, click "Shopping Cart" in the upper right corner to proceed to checkout.
3. Fill in your personal information, select delivery and payment methods. Then, confirm the order information and complete the transaction.
4. After the order is successfully submitted, you will receive an confirmation email, which shows your order details. We will arrange the shipment after confirming the payment.

Payment Method:

1. Credit Card (Support VISA, MASTER, American Express).
2. Paypal
3. Bank Transfer: We provide bank account from the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited for bank transferring. Please send entry notification to marketing@greenwaygreenway.com with order number clearly listed on the email title via “Shop Owner and Customer Order Communication”.

購物流程：

1. 選購商品，加入購物車。
2. 完成選購後，點擊右上角「購物車」進行結帳。
3. 填寫個人資料，選擇送貨及付款方式，確認訂單資料，完成交易。
4. 成功提交訂單後，你將會收到一封確認電郵，其中包含您的訂購詳情。我們將會在確認收款後安排出貨。

付款方式：

1. 信用卡（支援VISA、MASTER、AE、銀聯信用卡）
2. PAYPAL
3. 銀行轉賬：本店提供香港上海匯豐銀行有限公司帳號轉帳，存款後請保留入賬通知書，並可透過「店主和顧客訂單通訊」把入賬通知書傳給本店或電郵至marketing@greenwaygreenway.com，郵件主題註明訂單號碼方便跟進。

配送方式及運費：

1. 本網站運送統一使用本地快遞服務（Kerry Express 或 SF Express）
2. 於 Greenway天然良品單次購物滿 HK$500，即可享免費送貨服務。
